Quarter 1 · Core CohortA 13-week cycle. You're paired with each of your five fellow members once, working a different facet of your business each time — one live working session, then a week to put it into practice before the next round.

The Relay
For Proven MembersOnce you've completed a quarter, you're eligible to join a Relay team — a small group of vetted specialists working one outside founder's problem in sequence, each covering the phase that matches their lane, then handing off to the next.
Diagnose
The problem gets named and broken into phases before anyone is assigned.
Stabilize
The first specialist addresses what's most urgent — a real action, not just advice.
Build the path
The next specialist hands the founder a concrete roadmap for what comes next.

Every Relay engagement guarantees a clear diagnosis, one real stabilizing action, and a documented roadmap — not a guaranteed fix. Some problems resolve within the engagement; others need more time to prove out, and we check back 30–45 days later to see what stuck.

What if my quarter doesn't go perfectly?
Not every pairing produces a finished result, and that's expected. There's a defined window after the quarter to follow up on anything still in progress before final status is decided.
Do I need to already have a team or delegate work?
No. This is built specifically for solo operators — most small businesses never hire, and that's exactly who this room is for.
I'm a content creator, not a product or service business — is there a track for me?
Yes. Content Creator is a full, dedicated track — not a variation of the Product/Service track — built around the risk creators actually face: platform dependency, not client concentration. Alumni from this track also have a path toward a Content Creator Evidence Room as the network grows.
What happens after the quarter ends?
You graduate into the alumni network. From there, you may be invited into a Relay engagement — working alongside other proven specialists on an outside founder's problem, on a defined, paid basis. Do I need to be in the community before I apply?
Not required, but it's how most people actually get in.
