What We Learned
Test every decision by whether it’s reversible: if you can undo it, move fast; if you can’t, slow down. Planning works like practice — thinking through problems ahead of time makes them easy to handle when they’re real. Watch what people do, not what they say: a partner builds with you, a problem drains you. And the cheapest mistakes are the small ones made early, not the big ones made late.
