Strategic Insight

"If you can't undo the decision, don't rush it."

What We Learned

Test every decision by whether it’s reversible: if you can undo it, move fast; if you can’t, slow down. Planning works like practice — thinking through problems ahead of time makes them easy to handle when they’re real. Watch what people do, not what they say: a partner builds with you, a problem drains you. And the cheapest mistakes are the small ones made early, not the big ones made late.

Notable Observation

Geoffrey treats reputation like a compounding asset rather than a soft concept — one bad partnership or broken commitment doesn't just cost the deal, it costs years of trust that travels into rooms he's not even in.

Why We Invited

I invited Geoffrey Kent because he distills 20+ ventures and five decades of entrepreneurship into a handful of decision filters — speed vs. patience, partner vs. problem — that any founder can apply immediately, without needing his exact resume to use them.
